Entry is permitted only to ticket holders or invited guests. Valid identification is required upon arrival. AVTELIER reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual for conduct deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

Dress Code

Dress to IMPRESS, STYLISH and elegant is always encouraged. Creative and personal style is welcome.

Conduct

Respect the STAFF, the space, and fellow guests. Disruptive behavior, including harassment of any kind, will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.

Alcohol & Substances

Alcohol may be served to guests of legal drinking age. Valid ID is required. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

Safety & Security

Guests may be subject to security checks. Bags may be searched. Emergency exits are marked — please take note upon entry. In emergencies, follow staff instructions.

Refund & Cancellation

All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if AVTELIER cancels the event. Tickets remain valid for rescheduled dates; refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of notice.
